You'll find it buried, so switch to Barbossa and throw a frog at the orange and yellow target nearby. When you're back in control, use Jack's compass and select the bottom option to find a statue. Head to the back of the tunnel and jump into the water flowing into the ceiling to trigger a cutscene. Use your super jump to get up to a chain, then pull it to lift the final lantern. Now switch to Angelica and head to some glowing flowers on the right. Keep rolling until the lantern has been lifted. Press the character button to hop onto it, then roll into the Barrel Switch near the spider web.
Build them into another lantern, then head to the right to find a barrel. Near the tunnel's entrance, hit a large spider web until several pieces fall off. Finally, head to the back of the tunnel and hit one last group of bats near where you pulled the orange bar. Now head to the area where you built the spider and shoot another group of bats to the right of the right-hand skull. Switch to a character with projectiles and aim at some bats hanging from the ceiling. Pull on an orange bar near where you raised the lantern for a Minikit. Head back to the main tunnel and switch to a character with super strength. Once you have all three vents covered at once, you'll get a Minikit. Push one of the rocks to cover one of the vents, then rush to cover each of the two other vents. In the same room as the statues, find three steaming vents along with some rocks on tracks. Jump through the hole, then hit six statues until a Minikit appears. Now switch to Syrena and use her ability to destroy some objects on the wall inbetween two skulls near where you built the spider. Use the character button to ride the spider, then kill some smaller spiders for a Minikit. Jump up and down on top of it to knock down some pieces, then build them into a spider. Switch to a character who can repair things, then fix the gears into a handle.

In Free Play mode, head to the right from the glowing flowers until you find some glowing gears. Once the lantern has been lifted, head back toward the tunnel's entrance.
